SubClock Support
Fair minutes. Zero math.
How does SubClock choose who plays?
The first group is random. After that, the kids with the fewest minutes go in next. If two kids are tied, the one who's been on the bench goes in first, and anything still tied is random.
A kid didn't show up. How do I leave them out?
On the team screen, tap the green check next to their name. Unchecked kids are left out of the rotation. Tap All here to check everyone again for the next game.
Can I choose who goes in?
Yes. During a game, tap any player. Tap a kid marked OFF to keep them on, a kid who's staying to take them off, or a kid on the bench to put them in. SubClock adjusts everyone else fairly. Your picks reset after each swap.
What does SubClock Pro include?
A one-time purchase, with no subscription, that removes ads and unlocks unlimited teams and player photos.
I bought Pro on another device. How do I get it back?
Tap the crown Go Pro button, then Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
The Live Activity doesn't appear.
Check that Live Activities are turned on in Settings → SubClock. Live Activities appear on iPhone; iPads don't show them.
